Through your Life Insurance, Annuity, Trust, or IRA:
List Step Up on Second St. Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non profit corporation, Federal Tax ID #95-4109386, 1328 2nd St. Santa Monica, CA 90401 as a beneficiary. Indicate the sum of ______ (dollars or percentage of bequest).
Simply send the Office of Development notification that you have named Step Up as a beneficiary in your will, annuity, trust, life insurance policy, IRA, or retirement plan. It is not necessary to disclose the amount of your bequest. Notification automatically qualifies you for membership in The Legacy Society.
